DaxHive is a managed, white-label delivery partner for agencies, management consultants, business and construction coaches, and CPA firms. Partners offer bookkeeping, marketing and back-office services under their own brand. DaxHive manages the agreed delivery; the partner leads the client relationship and sets client pricing.
Can I start with one service? +
Yes. Start with a defined service, such as bookkeeping or marketing, or add dedicated part-time or full-time capacity. Combine roles in a custom back-office team as your requirements grow. Scope and pricing are agreed before work starts.
Who communicates with my client? +
You lead the client relationship. Before onboarding, we agree whether DaxHive communicates only with you or has approved contact with the client, and how your branding is used. Required professional, regulatory and platform disclosures still apply.
Who manages quality, revisions and escalations? +
DaxHive assigns and supervises the delivery team and reviews work against the agreed requirements. The statement of work defines reporting, review arrangements, revision limits, scope changes and who handles an escalation.
How does partner pricing work? +
Partner rates are shared privately after reviewing your firm, the services you need and expected workload. You set your client price. We agree the payment and invoicing arrangements in the partner agreement; a resale price spread is not a guarantee of net profit.
What is the MATRIX plan? +
MATRIX is a custom back-office engagement combining the roles and services you need. It is scoped around the workload, not an unlimited bundle of every service. There is no setup fee for building a custom team; recurring service fees and third-party costs are agreed separately.
Can construction coaches and consultants use DaxHive? +
Yes. Offer clients construction coordination, bookkeeping, job-cost reporting, financial support and ongoing administration. Part-time and full-time coordinator options are available. Responsibilities are agreed for each engagement; operational support does not replace licensed construction or professional responsibilities.
Who does marketing for real estate and construction companies? +
Businesses can use a specialist agency, an in-house team or a managed-service provider. DaxHive delivers marketing for real estate and construction, including SEO, AEO/GEO, campaigns and Google Business Profile support. Agencies and consultants can offer an agreed selection of these services under their own brand.
How does AI-search visibility work? +
AI-search visibility, also called AEO or GEO, involves clear business information, useful answers to buyer questions, structured data and consistent references across relevant sources. DaxHive can support this work alongside SEO. No provider can guarantee a recommendation or placement in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI answers.
Who handles tax filing and compliance? +
Tax filing is coordinated through licensed CPA/EA professionals. The scope identifies the responsible professional and required disclosures. DaxHive does not itself provide tax or legal advice, and white-label presentation does not remove professional obligations.
Does my subscription include advertising spend? +
No. Paid campaign management is separate from advertising credits. Budget at least $1,000 per month in ad spend for each active paid service, paid by the partner or client directly to the platform. Account access and approvals are agreed before launch.
What about existing tools, accounts and confidentiality? +
We scope delivery around the tools you and your clients use, such as QuickBooks, Xero, property-management software and your CRM. Access, confidentiality, branding and data handling are agreed during onboarding. Hosting, API usage and software licenses are separate from service fees.
What is S-Dash? +
S-Dash is a reporting service scoped to the information and reporting requirements you agree with DaxHive. We confirm the data sources, reports and delivery arrangements before quoting; custom connectors and third-party licenses are not assumed to be included.
Can I buy support for my own business? +
Yes. Direct business support remains available. Use the contact page to discuss your own bookkeeping, marketing or back-office needs; the partner program is for firms reselling managed services under their brand.
