Built for U.S. property managers and real estate investors.

We run the full monthly bookkeeping cycle in your Yardi instance — Voyager or Breeze — the recurring work that keeps ownership, investors and the taxman happy:
- Bank, operating & trust/escrow reconciliations
- CAM reconciliations for commercial & mixed-use
- Owner statements & distributions, on time
- Multi-entity & intercompany general ledger
- Tenant / lease ledgers & delinquencies
- AP, AR & vendor bill coding
- Monthly close & financial reporting
- 1099 tracking, catch-up & tax-ready books
Why Yardi books fall behind
Yardi is enterprise-grade software — powerful, but unforgiving if the accounting isn't set up and maintained correctly. It's usually the first thing that slips when you're busy running properties. The issues we see most:
- Voyager's chart of accounts and GL mapped wrong at setup, so the financials never quite tie out
- Intercompany and multi-entity transactions left tangled across the portfolio
- CAM reconciliations skipped or estimated, then disputed by commercial tenants
- Trust / escrow accounts left unreconciled — a real compliance risk
- Accrual-basis entries and month-end close skipped for months, turning into a year-end scramble
How DaxHive runs your Yardi books
DaxHive is Back Office as a Subscription — a senior bookkeeping specialist, amplified by AI, working inside your Yardi account on a flat monthly fee. AI does the groundwork (categorization, matching, first-pass reconciliation); an experienced human owns and signs off on every close. Nothing ships without review. We work alongside your existing CPA, in your existing software, with least-privilege access and an NDA on request.
- Your Yardi account, your data — we work in it, you own it
- Voyager or Breeze — we meet you in the product you run
- Clean, current books every month — not a year-end surprise
- Owner statements and CAM recs you can actually trust
- Month-to-month — scale or pause anytime, no long contracts

Yardi bookkeeping — FAQ
Do you work inside my own Yardi account?
Yes. We work directly in your Yardi Voyager or Yardi Breeze instance using least-privilege access — you keep full ownership of your account and data, and we'll sign an NDA on request. Nothing is migrated; we run the books where your properties already live.
Do you work in Yardi Voyager and Yardi Breeze?
Both. We support Yardi Voyager (including Voyager 7S) for larger and commercial portfolios, and Yardi Breeze / Breeze Premier for smaller residential and mixed portfolios. We meet you in whichever Yardi product you already run.
Do you handle CAM reconciliations and trust-account reconciliations in Yardi?
Yes. For commercial and mixed-use portfolios we handle CAM (common area maintenance) reconciliations, plus monthly bank, operating and trust/escrow reconciliations, so your ledgers tie out and owner statements are accurate. We handle the bookkeeping and reconciliation; your broker and CPA retain responsibility for regulatory trust-accounting compliance.
Can you clean up messy or multi-entity Yardi books?
Yes. Catch-up and cleanup is one of the most common reasons operators come to us — tangled intercompany entries, mis-mapped GL accounts, unreconciled months, deposits booked as income, or owner draws miscoded across entities. We get the books current and accurate, then keep them that way each month.
Can you work alongside my existing CPA?
Yes. We keep clean, tax-ready books year-round and hand off to your CPA at filing time — or, if you need it, tax filing is available through our network of licensed CPA/EA partners. DaxHive does not itself provide tax or legal advice.
How much does outsourced Yardi bookkeeping cost?
Bookkeeping starts from $399/mo as a standalone service. Or run everything — marketing, tech, bookkeeping, tax, a fractional CFO and COO, and HR — on the all-in MATRIX plan at $3,000/mo. Month-to-month, cancel anytime.
Do you only work in Yardi?
No — Yardi is one of several real-estate platforms we work in, alongside AppFolio, Buildium, Rent Manager and QuickBooks Online. We meet you in the software you already use.
