Yes. We work directly in your AppFolio instance using least-privilege access — you keep full ownership of your account and data, and we'll sign an NDA on request. Nothing is migrated; we simply run the books where your properties already live.
Do you handle AppFolio bank and trust-account reconciliations?
Yes — monthly bank, operating and trust/escrow reconciliations are core to what we do, so your ledgers tie out and your owner statements are accurate. We handle the bookkeeping and reconciliation; your broker and CPA retain responsibility for regulatory trust-accounting compliance.
Can you clean up or catch up messy AppFolio books?
